Sales Position

As a Sales Representative at Quality Truck and Equipment, you’ll play a key role in helping customers find the best solutions for their needs. Your responsibilities will include building relationships, understanding customer requirements, and guiding them through our range of high-quality hooklift trucks and equipment. If you’re passionate about providing excellent service and enjoy helping customers succeed, this is the role for you.

Requirements for Sales Position:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the truck or equipment industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of trucks, hooklift systems, or related equipment (preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for customer visits or industry events.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts effectively.

Shop Position

Join our skilled team in the shop at Quality Truck and Equipment, where you’ll be part of building the highest-quality hooklift trucks in the industry. As a vital member of our team, you’ll contribute to assembling, fabricating, and fine-tuning trucks to meet customer needs. Whether you’re an experienced tradesperson or eager to learn, this role offers the opportunity to develop your skills while working in a supportive, team-focused environment. If you take pride in craftsmanship and enjoy hands-on work, we’d love to have you on board.

Requirements for Shop Position:
  • Experience in welding, fabrication, mechanics, or related fields (preferred but not required; we offer training for motivated individuals).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Proficiency with tools and equipment commonly used in truck assembly and repair.
  • Physical capability to lift heavy components and work in a hands-on environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic systems or electrical wiring (a plus).
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company standards.
